Payments
Payment is due when order is placed or as when agreed. For payment methods accepted see Payment Options section. Payment by credit cards and debit cards is processed through PayPal. Payment by bank wire transfer is preferred for items over $10,000. Any and all checks are held for 5 business days and up to 15 calendar days. Checks must clear with verified funds before shipment and are subject to a "returned due to insufficient funds" fee.

Shipping and Handling
Shipment normally occurs within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard shipping is free unless otherwise stated in the listing. Shipping charges are calculated during checkout. Express shipping and handling is available for some items. Some items have extended handling times which is stated in listing or will be communicated at time of order.
Pricing
Every effort is made to make sure that the price shown on an item is the correct price. However, sometimes this is not the case. We reserve the right to revise pricing at anytime before an order is fullfilled. After check out if an error in pricing is found then an order could be cancelled.

Availability of an Item
Items shown are offered on different sales venues and websites. All items are offered on a first come first serve basis. While all precautions are taken to avoid the situation of offering an item that has been sold, it is still possible for this to happen. If this occurs any and all monies paid will be refunded or if available an alternate item will be offered as a replacement for the original item ordered.
Returns
Returns of numismatic coins are accepted up to 7 days after original sale unless otherwise noted in a given listing. The refund amount will be the original purchase price less the actual shipping cost and any restocking or refund fees. There is no restocking fee if return is made within 3 days of the original delivery date. After 3 days there is a 5% restocking fee. If payment is made using a payment method that charges a processing fee, like PayPal or credit card, then that fee will not be refunded. This fee is typically 3.5% but could be higher. On any return only the greater of the applicable restocking or processing fee will be applied to the refund amount.
Exchange is preferred if another coin of like type and grade is available.
Returns of bullion coins may be made for exchange only unless there are no coins of that type available for exchange. Return shipping costs are buyer's responsibility.
"Limited return privilege" stated in a listing means that this item has 3-day return privilege from the original delivery date.
"No returns" stated in a listing means that for this item there is no return privilege. The item is "sold as is with no returns".
Layaway / Pay Over Time / Payment Plan
We offer layaway or incremental payment terms on items that state that this option is available within the listing. Typical terms are a 25% down payment and then 25% a month for the next three months interest free. Longer terms are available but interest and/or holding costs apply. Shipment occurs once item is paid in full. Terms are negotiable and can be tailored to your needs.
Limited return privilege applies to items purchased on layaway.
If you start a layaway payment plan but then change your mind, no problem. If you change your mind within 7 days after making the down payment then a refund will be given within two weeks of written notice of canceling the payment plan. If payment is made using a payment method that charges a processing fee, like PayPal or credit card, then that fee will not be refunded. Once the initial 7 days have past then the restocking fee as stated in the return section is applied to the amounts already paid before the payment plan was cancelled and is deducted from the refunded amount.
